Our single-family home is located in a quiet, sunny spot off the main road, offering a magnificent panoramic view of our beautiful mountain landscape. Here, you can truly relax and enjoy your vacation. It’s the ideal starting point for many lovely walks and hikes, as well as wonderful mountain and mountain bike tours. The distance to the Rifflsee and glacier ski areas is 12 km. In winter, the access point to the valley cross-country trail and the starting point for ski tours are just 150 m from our house. A restaurant, ski bus stop, and grocery store are all located near the house. If you do not have your own sports equipment (downhill skis, cross-country skis, touring skis, etc.), you can rent what you need locally at the ski rental shop. Our cozy apartment is located on the first floor and features hardwood and tile floors. This comfortable and generously appointed vacation apartment has been awarded the “3 Edelweiss” rating by the Tyrolean Association of Private Room Renters.

The house is located off the main road in a quiet area in the Scheibe district of St. Leonhard. The bus stop, hiking trails, and the valley cross-country ski trail are nearby. Parking is available right next to the house. Our vacation rental is on the first floor and is fully furnished. Bed linens, towels, and table linens are provided. The amenities of the vacation rental (42 m²) leave nothing to be desired: a fully equipped kitchen-living room, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet, hardwood floors, and more. We’ve used genuine Pitztal spruce wood in the quiet bedroom. The soothing indoor climate lets you sleep soundly and start your active vacation day feeling refreshed.
