Spacious and cozy apartment, big and well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ski boots heater. Very helpful and nice hosts. Great location in a quiet village, 10 mins of walk to the supermarket, restaurants, swimming pool and bowling place. Well connected for the skiers - 2 mins walk to ski bus stop to Kaunertaler Gletcher, 20 minutes of drive to Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and communication in English was easy. The property is located in a beautiful valley with spectacular views of the mountains. We visited in winter and there was a graded track in the snow just behind the property into the village of Feichten. Our children loved being pulled on their sled along the track. There are also other graded walking and sledding tracks nearby and cross country skiing trails behind the property and across the road. The bus stop to the glacier/ski resort is 100 metres away. The accommodation was very clean and spacious enough for our group of 6. We didn't need the 4th bedroom. Our children enjoyed the provided toys. There is a good pizza restaurant across the road. Overall we were very happy with the location, accommodation and hosts and would not hesitate to book it again.
