It is located in Lacedel, a panoramic and sunny area of Cortina d'Ampezzo, so close to the ski slopes that you can ski directly to the front of the apartment. Due to its location, it's an ideal apartment for those who love the mountains, winter sports, and being in touch with nature.
The apartment is 45 square meters and is part of a beautiful and typical Ampezzo house, furnished with special attention to detail. From the external parking (not private), you walk along a 20-meter gravel path to reach the dwelling. The French door at the entrance leads directly to the living area, consisting of a wooden table and bench, a comfortable sofa which can become a sofa bed if necessary, an LCD TV, and a small kitchenette equipped with two gas burners and a dishwasher. In the adjacent storage room, you'll find a refrigerator with a freezer and a small oven.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a wooden wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, bathtub, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi is available, and there's a terrace with two sun loungers for soaking up the fresh and pure mountain air and enjoying the surrounding nature.
