Perfect location. Incredible view

Wow. The view. The location. 2 min walk to the ski lift. The space was huge. The deck was so nice. We LOOVEDD our time there and will be returning.

Perfect location, large rooms, comfy beds, incovenient keys pick-up and drop-off, wi-fi not working.

It’s was done for one night.

The property itself was fine. Wooden and old style. Two bathrooms and there was enough space.

It was a pain having to go to the centre of Cortina to pick up keys from a hotel then 8 mins ride on m/bike to the apartment. Also we had to take the keys back again in the morning. There wasn’t really much choice of restaurants and no bars to go for a drink.

Quiet and Pleasent

The property looks old outside and a little bit hard to find but inside is clean and comfortable. We spent 4 nights here and felt like we are in our home. The living room is very big. A small terrace provides a wonderful view. There provide 2 bedrooms & bathrooms. The kitchen have plenty of equipment but no microwave. Each room is big and the heater work very well. Please noted that you have to drive to another hotel in town to collect the key (about 5-10 minutes drive).

The wifi is not work well. But the agency offer an addition portable wifi that pretty good. The apartment should have microwave and no bath soap/gel and shampoo. Washing machine is in one bathroom without detergent.

Location As others have said, the location specifically for skiing is fantastic.

Key collection doesn't work for flight times, this cost us an extra £250. Floors and sofas were dirty and full of crumbs and food. WiFi doesn't work at all, there's a signal, but it doesn't allow for simple browsing. Four light bulbs weren't working TV tiny and remote wasn't working. Only 1 wine glass. Dishwasher made very strange noises. Toilet flush broken. The area is expensive which is great, but for the money, we'd have expected better than the above.

Perfect location, fully equipped appartment

Perfect location next to Tofana lift with a parking. Fully equipped kitchen.

Internet connection (both WiFi and cellular are not reliable). The ckeck in process is extremly difficult! Right after placing your reservation you will receive a messahe with extremly strict rules for using the property, heating, check in hours etc including fees and penalties. BE careful for the expected time of arrival! Check in is from 15:30 to 19:30 only. Check out is till 10pm To enter the property must go to another hotel which is almost 5km away.. Read the instructions carefully.otwerwise may need more then 1 hour to check in.

The noise from the truck collecting garbage everyday at 5:30 am and the other fellow guests above us. our bedroom was close to the garbage and steps going to the apartment above us

Nice apartment, but low level of customer service

Traditional, comfortable apartment. This would deserve a higher rating. But service level was really below any expectations.

Check-in at a hotel several kilometers away from the apartment. No shampoo or toiletries provided. Surcharge for check-in after 7:30pm or to have the apartment heated upon arrival. But the biggest service issue was: Internet did not work, so we had to drive back to this hotel to get any information about the issue, as the replys through booking.com's messenger service were not helpful and nobody picked up the telephone. This led to high roaming costs for internet usage. When mentioning the issue at check-out, this was not even worth an apology and the staff member was just talking it over. It can always happen that technical problems occur, but then it should not be the guest's duty to fix it.

Disappointing

There were two bathrooms.

The location was out of town. A major mistake on our part since we did not have a car. Buses were limited and we had to take more costly taxis. There were minimal dishes, and glassware. There was only one wine glass. There was no easy way to make coffee. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper. The stairs to upstairs bedroom squeaked incredibly.

The bathroom of the second floor was newly renovated and nice. There is a parking spot.

As per the description, we expected two single beds in one of the bedrooms. However, they were joined together and impossible to separate (because of other furniture around them). At least there were two separate bed linen. However, if you look for some privacy there - it's not possible.

Its nice apartment, close to the slopes, but be carefull with the keys and heating..

This property is very close to the first lift going to Tofana slope…basically it is 1 min walking from apartment. Nice apartment, quite huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 batrooms which is very comfortable…

You need to be carefull about the keys.. its made from very weak iron, so u can break it very easily..which happenned to us.. from each apartment they have only 1 key. Another thing is heating… if u want to heat the apartment in advance- it costs 30e… all info came only after u book the apartment… so better bring ur own electric heater with u in the winter, so u dont have cold inside first eveving/night…

Never again! 🤦‍♂️

in fact it is not a bad apartment to spend a ski vacation, very very obsolete, but more or less ok.

there is no heating! neither at arrival, nor next morning… I was with two kids and there was -2 C degree outside… in the morning we were all terribly freezing and we’re wearing street coats to keep us warm… As a result we left around 7-30 am, it was too cold to even get a breakfast inside… but more important, the management company (Stayincortina) is just a “nonsense”. I never seen such a rood and arrogant receptionists as in Hotel AQUILA where I was picking up the keys… As I was booking on the spot, I only learned already nearby the apartment, that I need to drive down to Cortina to grab the keys (and backwards in the morning to deposit them). those guys seems to never heard about safeboxes… this is frankly the first time I had that scheme on Booking.com… Next, as I arrived to the reception of the hotel AQUILA to get the keys, I’ve asked if they can swap the rented apartment to the room in that hotel, since I’ve already came all the way down to Cortina. receptions started to lie hat there were no rooms (I showed on Booking that actually there were few), when he said I have a non-refundable offer (ok, said I, but you can waive the fine on request since I still want to book with you), an he said “no”, when I asked “why” and explained that I have two small kids on my backseat, traveling with me for a long ride that day, the guy called me “a disaster” and threatens to call the police…. which he never deed as it would be quite a stupid situation as I was polite and calm with him… I hope this review will help someone to safe time and nerves by avoiding contacts with Stayincortina management company’s and AQUILA hotel’s receptionists… besides, there were neither a stable wifi in fact, nor any nice views (just on the other buildings and the parking). but those are minors -may be I would not notice that if not that ridiculous situation with the staff…

Fabulous

Very convenient for skiing, near Tofana Socrepes ski area . Clean , cozy and spacious. Excellent WiFi . Near bus line and walking path to town. After snowfall, the access was cleaned immediately.

No real mountain view , disappointed about that . Only soaps , no shampoo, bring your own. When we were there , no sponge and a scrub for washing dishes (before placing them in the dishwasher, that was frustrating ). For grocery shopping, need to go to town by bus or car, no supermarket nearby.

a Cortina x lavoro ritagliandomi mezza giornata di sci

la casa la piano terra è davvero molto grande, con due stanze grandi e un grande salone abitabile oltre cucina e due bagni, c'è anche un parcheggio dedicato, e la casa è a pochi metri dalle piste di Rumerlo (150 metri a piedi) colazione non inclusa, bisogna andare in un bar ad esempio quelli delle piste.
