Unterkunft war uns zu kalt, als wir ankamen - konnte aber selbst gesteuert werden und hat super aufgeheizt.
Sehr rasche Antworten per Whatsapp, wenn es Fragen gab (bspw. zu Heizung).
Lage ist am Berg, 2 Min. zu Fuß von der Talstation “Tofane”. Also perfekt zum Schifahren und Selbstversorgen! Supermärkte und Lokale gibt es hingegen nur im Ort. Wir waren zu den Paralympischen Spielen da, daher kaum Parkmöglichkeit im Ort und wir sind zu Fuß nach Cortina runter (ca. 25 Min.) und rauf (ca. 35 Min.) gegangen. Ist schon recht steil, aber machbar.
Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft - echt super! Ingesamt 3 Parkplätze, glaube da gehört aber mind. 1 zu der anliegenden Wohnung. Sonst ist Parken in der Nähe sehr schwierig.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, aber generell ist alles da - 2 Schlafzimmer, viele Kästen, Couch, Esstisch, … Stil ist ein altes “Bauernhaus”. Total nett, aber etwas lieblos hergerichtet. Mit ein paar wenigen Handgriffen könnte man sie einen besseren Zustand bringen und liebevoller/gemütlicher machen. Dichtung von Duschwand war echt grauslich, Handtuchhalter hing herunter, Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet,… Das Einzelbett war ungemütlich und knarrte. Der Preis war vermutlich der Zeit um die Paralympischen Spiele und der Lage so nah an der Piste geschuldet. Ansonsten finde ich den Preis für den Komfort schon teuer.

Tamanho do apartamento, localização, aquecimento (estava -7°C do lado de fora e morno dentro do apartamento), espaço para estacionar, agua quente abundante para o banho, 2 banheiros completos, quartos grandes e espaçosos.
A cozinha poderia ter uma torradeira, faltou um micro ondas, e também um forno, bastante espaço na cozinha mas pouco equipada. A única coisa que tinha na cozinha era um fogão, mas sem forno.
No banheiro da suíte a ducha (e chuveiro) estava danificado e não era possível colocar mais alto, e quando se abria o chuveiro a ducha rodava parcialmente (coisa fácil de resolver mas incomodou bastante)

As others have said, the location specifically for skiing is fantastic.
Key collection doesn't work for flight times, this cost us an extra £250.
Floors and sofas were dirty and full of crumbs and food.
WiFi doesn't work at all, there's a signal, but it doesn't allow for simple browsing.
Four light bulbs weren't working
TV tiny and remote wasn't working.
Only 1 wine glass.
Dishwasher made very strange noises.
Toilet flush broken.
The area is expensive which is great, but for the money, we'd have expected better than the above.
