The completely remodeled modern studio is on the 1st floor and has the beach park view from the windows. The property manager Rebecca is kind and efficient!Location is perfect. The beach is steps away from your door. Super clean, comfortable studio apt. Offers beach chairs, towels and umbrella. It’s ideal for 2 people. Access to the building is simple and convenient. We enjoyed renting bikes. We rode to and from south beach twice. (30 min uber) We loved walking to the grocery store close by. The local food choices are amazing. Great food, good service. It was hot/sunny during the day. We were able to have windows open at night. The restaurant next door starts prepping at 4am. We always travel with earplugs and slept right thru it. We stayed 6 nights and had a great vacation!
