Close to Evansville and Newburgh, Reo and Rock port and Owensboro. Whether its a big Family get together or work crew we can accommodate you with the comfort of home and style of a hotel. Very quiet, peaceful property, but within 20 min of anything you could need. Groceries, Walgreen’s, etc. We even found a fantastic butcher shop to buy steaks for dinner on the grill. The only downfall was the placement of the TV’s in the LR and MBR. Because I was staying here with a friend, it was hard for us to watch both tv’s at the same time, because of the overlapping noise. (It was only a problem at bedtime) But a quick flip of the furniture in the LR could solve this problem. Otherwise, it was a great stay. Large shower, and walk in closet in the master, as well as a soaker tub. Fully stocked kitchen. Essentials in the fridge, all the basic spices, and everything you need for cooking. There is also a complete set of dishes, utensils and silverware. Another nice surprise was the washer/dryer. Our host was very accommodating. We arrived in the area earlier than expected, and before check in time. We asked about an earlier check in, and they made it happen. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this property three times and I would stay over and over again. The host is great, the house is always clean and fully stocked (and then some). 10/10 one of the best vrbo’s I’ve stayed in!
