Very bright and modern home with a lot to offer for your stay. It is in a super friendly neighborhood with people always out and about walking/running/biking. Minutes from parks and schools. The University of Evansville is within walking distance from the home. Downtown is about a 5 minute drive, with the mall is being a 6 minute drive. The University of Southern Indiana, is about 12-18 minute drive, dependent upon traffic.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Cozy Bungalow. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) you need to cook a full meal. Beds are comfortable and clean. Nice neighborhood, great for taking walks. We will stay again on our next trip to Evansville!

Perfect location for Softball tournament at USI field and Deaconess fields. Close to restaurants, stores, and whatever else might need. Neighborhood is really good! First time to Evansville area and wasn’t really sure what to expect, but had people walking, jogging, etc from morning to night. Even saw a Lorax Friday evening lol, that did a toe touch hop. College kids. Property was perfect for family of 4. Owner was very responsive prior to and during the stay.

This cute house was amazing! Had everything you could think of from the kitchen to the bathroom (B&BW products a definite plus!) Only "negatives" are there's no dishwasher & there's no curtains on the full glass backdoor, kitchen window & partial glass front door. No worries though as we covered each one during our stay & washed to few dishes we used by hand. Excellent stay, quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to return!

My husband and I stayed in the Bungalow for a month. Kevin was very pleasant. When severe weather hit he was helpful in making sure we had ice melt and checked on our other needs. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. My only suggested improvements would be to have another reading lamp in the living room and blinds on the kitchen door and window. We highly recommend this house.

I rented this great bungalow for my son and Grandson, who had a hockey weekend. They loved the house, and it was very convenient to get to the ice rinks, and other attractions in Evansville. My son said the beds were really comfy!

The house is on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood! We enjoyed the porch as much as the house. The house was very comfortable and the perfect place for us to land while visiting family in the area. This little house was perfect. They have everything you would need or want. The beds were so comfortable that I fell asleep quick. I am very satisfied, turned out to be so much better than I even thought. It was just my sister & I & are not quite up to speed with online tv. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. Street construction was occuring but once we knew how to reach the house, we had no issues. The owners were very responsive to all questions. We will definitely recommend this listing to other family members visiting the area.

We were 10 mins early and that was posted out off the bat.we felt unwelcome and there was a quiet pause during initial contact to enter premises.there was no water for the first 2 hrs due to construction that was being held within entry of property. It was cold,very dank and unhospitable. After initial contact with owner to enter property we felt unwelcome and after 1 day of the 2 and a half days pd we left.will not return to northern states again. Only southern states from here on out.we managed to visit with our son and meet his inlaws and that was it.we should have been told of construction to the fullest compasity but were only told of minimal.not happy with this trip.very clean,very unwelcome by owners.

My daughter and I were in town for a softball tournament and this house was perfect for us. 15 minutes to Deaconess park and short drive to food/shopping. The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Evansville.
