The reason why I give it 4 stars is for the location and outdoor space of the property. The beach is approx. 10 minutes walk. There is a lovely square with bars and restaurants and weekly market which is probably less than that. The property has fantastic outdoor space, dining outside at both the front and back of the property so you can choose between sun and shade throughout the day. There are also 2 further balconies and roof terrace. Inside space is ok too but it was not clean when we arrived. We had to fully clean the floors, baths etc as it had not been cleaned. We also had to put all dishes through the dishwasher as it was obvious they had not been cleaned. I have never had to do that before. I did contact Joan as the cot wasn’t in the property also and I mentioned the state of the property when we arrived. He gave me a rather poor excuse, I thought, and I would have expected him to turn up in person to speak with us. I would not be happy if I owned this property and it was being left in this state for someone to stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms decent size. Decent size kitchen but needs some things replacing. Kettle was so scaly we boiled water in a pan, broken jug, pan without handle, things that should have been replaced or removed. However, I must say that once we had cleaned up we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and the outside space was a definite bonus, we spent all our time outside. Lovely quiet location and the pool right outside the back of the property.
