Excellent apartment in a fantastic location , only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the promenade . Very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with great showers, well equipped kitchen and super balcony with lovely views of the mountains . There was only the 2 of us but would easily cater for 6 people. Own parking space and air-conditioning throughout. Would highly recommend

La limpieza mediocre y la falta de atención a los pocos servicios que ofrecían, cápsulas de café para cafetera no compatible. Apartentaba en fotos ser mayor calidad a la cual nos encontramos . Además en la descripción de Booking dice ubicación frente al mar, y si bien estaba cerca, no estaba frente al mar.

Apartment's quality, location, space, kitchen supplies.

The host was rude, in-competient and accuzed me emotionally that we were 5 or more people (not 2 as we actually were and informed the host during the booking process; P.S. partments is for 6b people), also didn't reacted and appologized for their lie and un-appropriate behaviour after my comment. I am using booking.com for many years ain many counbtries and I find such unprofessional host's behaviour the first time in my life. Also in the begining we received only 1 set of towels (for 1 person) and we were delivered addional towels only after remarks and beeing asked to send the proof (pictures) that only 1 towel was available. That was very strange and bnd unpleasant. It's only good, that the additional towels were delivered the same day. No any cleaning of apartments and change of towels service during all 1 week stay. Not sure wether is part of normal service; During my multiple stays at other Mallorca apartments of similar pricing, some cleaning and change of towels was always part of the service. Toilet paper was available only 1 roll left in only one WC room and we were informed, that any additional tshall be purchased by customer. It's strange and un-comfortable (especially in the first days of the stay) when this approhe is used for 6 persons and 2 WC apartments.
