Ubicacion. Tamaño de la casa. Limpieza.

El aire acondicionado no es util: hay dos split en toda la casa. Uno que solo sirve para la entrada, porque no llega a las dos habitaciones que hay y otro que solo sirve para el comedor, porque no llega a las otras dos habitaciones ni al salon. En tiempos de calor, como nos paso, era de vital importancia el aire acondicionado porque no pudimos descansar correctamente. Sino, habria puesto mas puntuacion al alojamiento. Pagamos 45€ por la electricidad de 4 dias, de la cual no pudimos disfrutar adecuadamente por lo mencionado con el aire acondicionado. Seria recomendable instalar ventiladores de techo si no se quiere desembolsar dinero en aires acondicionados. Habia muchos mosquitos (serian recomendables mosquiteras). No hay ascensor. A la piscina le falta una ducha para no ensuciarla.

Sehr gute Lage, 200m zum Strand, Schwimmbad im Innenhof sehr praktisch, relativ zu sehr schwieriger Parksituation in Umgebung war er machbar einen Parkplatz nach vernünftiger Suche zu finden, schöne Strandpromenade und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung, Check-in/out unkompliziert, für eine Woche Dauerklimaanlageeinsatz circa 70 EUR ist vernünftig

Klimaanlagen waren nur in Wohnbereich/ Flur und sollten die ganze Wohnung kühlen - es hat eher mittelmäßig funktioniert so dass in Schlafzimmer zu warm war, der Vermieter hat Anfragen zum früheren Check-in nicht beantwortet

Location was great. Apartment was within walking distance of the bike hire shop and all the reataurants and pubs but located just off the beach front so nice and quiet also

Excellent location. Very spacious and clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen and two lovely bathrooms.

The only thing that could be better was one of the double beds (next door to the terrace) had an uncomfortable mattress. Both of us struggled to get a comfortable sleep. I understand from our children that the other beds had very comfortable, thick mattresses.
