Welcome to K2@Loon. This brand new home awaits year round adventure in Lincoln NH and Loon Mountain. High atop the Eagles Nest in Clearbrook, this home features 4 bedrooms/3 baths + a bonus room. With vaulted ceilings, a granite fireplace and voluminous windows, this is your cozy lodge getaway with spectacular Winter views of Loon from almost every room. This home was built for our friends & family and we are excited to share it with yours. Sleeps 8-10. Larger Group? Ask for large group options.

The space:

The large entryway allows for guests to shed their layers, with plenty of space for boots, jackets, hats, helmets and gloves. An outdoor, lockable, ski locker keeps the entryway clean and clutter free to get ready for your adventures.

This property is one of the few around with an extra full bathroom, located right on the entry level, along with a bonus living space, perfect to relax or play.

The kitchen is new and fully stocked with high quality pots and pans, utensils, glasses and dishware and all brand new appliances. Open concept living, dining and kitchen areas make sure you don’t miss any of the action to eat drink and play.

A vaulted ceiling, beautiful granite fireplace and an oversize couch provides a cozy setting and makes the relaxing in the living room a must after any fun filled day.

The bonus room catches the overflow, allows for an extra play space, or separates the game room from the relaxing living area.

The bedrooms feature all brand-new mattresses, beds, and bedding. With plenty of space to store your gear with brand new dressers, hooks and deep closets. The bunk room features individual bed lighting, and the master has a ceiling fan to keep cool on warm nights.

Guest access:

Guests will have electronic keypad access for the duration of their stay. Hard copy key on site. Guests will have access to lockable, outdoor ski closet, on property.

Downtown Woodstock has tons of local charm, with Clark’s Trading Post, country shops and the famous Cascade Park where you can tube on the natural water slides for hours. Tube, swim and enjoy the Pemi River in Lady’s Bath, Otter Rocks, Cascade Park, Lower Falls.
