Luxury Villa Alexia

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus (orginal weit schöner als es auf den Bildern vermuten lässt) war hervorragend - vor allem waren wir von der Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Managers (Pul) begeistert. Er stand uns jederzeit telefonisch für alle Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung. Selbst Lokalempfehlungen, schöne Plätze oder Besonderheiten konnte er uns empfehlen (nochmals danke!). Absolutely nothing it was truly 5 star

Proximity to Old Hersonisos. 3 double bed en suite bedrooms. The pool!

Not enough shade around the pool.

Everything looks exactly like on photos. Wherever you need to go around Heronissos it's always 5-10min by car, and around 20min from Heraklion Airport. Villa is on a side, with big privacy glass fence, so you can feel really secured with a nice silence. There're also 5 cameras outside of the building, so if you plan to swim naked in a swimming pool that won't be a good idea :). Some people might not like it. It wasn't a problem for me. If you want to order some food you need to use Wolt, because both popular European services like Uber Eats or Bolt do not work there. Wolt will deliver you from restauratans around Hersonissos to the villa. You have everything you need, kitchen is complete, there's also washing machine on site, iron, hair dryer, TVs and if something is wrong there's Pol who manages the villa, who will always help you whatever you need. Internet works fine. It's not a fiber it's a radio one, but for normal Netflix streaming or playing youtube it's enough (unless you want to watch it on additional different TVs + working on a computer and that'll be too short of a bandwidth). It's more like ~50/5 at least that's what I saw working on my computer, so forget about working on larger files somewhere in a cloud/VPN. In general I was really satisfied.

First of all location of the villa is around 100-150m further than its location on google maps what Pol tells you when he greets you on Whatsapp. Second, villa is really secured and there's no outside bell where you can ring directly to villa. We couldn't enter it for some time, because nobody was opening it, until I jumped over the glass fence to wave a lady who was cleaning and after like 5-10min of waving and shouting she saw me. I remove 1 point for cleanliness. I was expecting something more perfect to be honest, while you have a nice looking villa, the doormat at the main door looks like it has 20Ys old, the only one sun umbrella was destroyed and some pool tables were black like nobody cleaned them since a long time.
