Luxury Suite w/ Jacuzzi - Rex / Montorgueil

The property had excellent facilities and provided everything that was advertised in the listing. Clear and detailed instructions were given in advance, making both check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Didnt get chance to try jacuzzi due to time limit. The location was fantastic, situated in a lively neighborhood with a vibrant, youthful atmosphere. The area felt energetic and full of character, still safe and secured.

While comfortable, the space is quite small, with limited room for luggage and unpacking, even for one person. One thing to keep in mind is that the room has only a small window above the entrance door. Ventilation was adequate during my stay, but it could become a concern during warmer weather.

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment! It is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very well maintained and true to what is advertised. The bed is extremely comfortable and the place has all the amenities needed for a great stay. The host was amazing from start to finish, very attentive, quick to respond, and even sent us a detailed guide explaining how to use all the equipment in the apartment, which made everything much easier. On top of that, he shared a list of his favorite nearby restaurants, which we tried and genuinely loved. The location is also a huge plus: just about a 2-minute walk from the metro, with plenty of markets, shops, and everything you might need nearby. The neighborhood feels very traditional and not overly touristy, which gave us a more authentic Paris experience, something we really appreciated. Being on the ground floor was also very convenient, especially with luggage, making access super easy. It was our first time in Paris and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it, and I would definitely stay here again!

The only minor point in our view is the space in the bedroom, so there isn’t a lot of space for luggage. That said, we stayed as a couple for 9 days with big luggage and it was still manageable and didn’t really bother us.

Great location near Strasbourg-Saint Denis metro station. A lot of restaurants , bars and shops nearby. Big bathroom with great jacuzzi tub. The bed is comfortable. Easy self check-in process. Good communication with the host and kindly offered flexibility during check-out.

The room is very small. Luggage had to be placed in the bathroom because there is no other place for that. The entrance door is on a courtyard and when it rains the room floor becomes quickly dirty - I recommend adding a carpet to clean and remove your shoes. There are no windows other than the entrance door. Also in the toilet, there is no air vent.

El apartamento está en un patio de vecinos pero aunque es tranquilo no tienes mucha privacidad. Es muy pequeño el espacio aunque el baño es enorme en proporción a la estancia.
