Cozy studio - 2P - Gare de l'Est

The apartment was great overall and I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The Wi-Fi was excellent and worked perfectly throughout the stay. The location is very convenient, with the metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Paris. There are also plenty of shops, cafés, and even two McDonald's nearby, which was very convenient.

The only thing I felt was missing was proper ventilation in the apartment, especially in the bathroom and kitchen area. After taking a shower, the room becomes quite humid and stuffy, and the only solution is to open the window. The same issue occurs when cooking, as there is no extractor hood or effective ventilation system to remove steam and odors. Adding better ventilation or an air extraction system would make the apartment much more comfortable, especially for longer stays.

Una opción económica en Paris, con 3 líneas de metro muy bien conectadas al centro y a pie de algunas principales. Buena opción para desayunar o picar algo allí teniendo la mini cocina.

Detalles de descuido en el armario, o ducha. La calefacción hacía un ruido que te despertaba por la noche. es una habitación en bajos dentro de un complejo que da a una zona común abierta, no solo es muy ruidoso ya que se oye demasiado cómo quitan la basura a las 7am y la gente de otroa pisos salir entrar y hablar sino que teníamos una obra en construcción Justo arriba y ni lo sabían . Lo reclamamos y no nos cambiaron ni reintegraron dinero. A las 8 ya era imposible seguir durmiendo .

Emplacement juste parfait

Easy access from the street. No stairs to the studio.

No AC. Horrible little plastic 10 inch. excuse of a table fan with no nightstands to sit it on. The only way to get any ventilation is from a pane of glass next to the front door but its quite unsafe to leave open at night because the studio is in a courtyard on the ground floor with people walking about. Code at the gate was not the code I was sent to get in. Slow return time with messaging property. Limited utensils in kitchen. No spice rack like that picture displays…. Mirror over bathroom sink does not exist any longer. The Studio looks better in pictures.
