As you stroll through the district streets, you will discover a lively, trendy and cosmopolitan atmosphere. You will be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially in the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis. Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, the Reilhac passage or the passage of Desire. For a moment of relaxation, stroll along Canal Saint-Martin and enjoy its timeless atmosphere, or go to the garden of the Saint-Louis Hospital. This historic place resembles the Place des Vosges.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
