The pool was great.
No water in room with arrival and no fans in room taking into consideration that the temp was 34degrees outside.. Also cleaning fee is on the higher side.. Abit excessive

I liked the location and security of the complex. The check-in was straight-forward and the provided parking was very convenient.
The cleanliness of the apartment. The cutlery was sticky and dirty. All the pots were dirty. The apartment was generally half-cleaned. No effort was put into a thorough cleaning. The door lock is a hassle to lock and unlock - it needs to be replaced. The windows don't close properly. The Netflix didn't work. The Wi-Fi could be better. We had to provide our own toiletries and toilet paper. No dishwashing liquid was provided. Generally, it seems the owner is just cheap.
