The stay
The customer service reps were delayed and I was there for check in on time but ended up checking in an hr later because they delayed the room info and lock box keys

The apartment was very cosy and extremely clean. It felt very safe as well. I enjoyed my stay. Will certainly be back
The security guards/receptionists were not so friendly

Great location, amazing building - staff are super friendly and accommodating. Easy to check in and get into the apartment.
Only down fall would be the couch, its a bit small and not that cosy.

It’s a very safe and beautiful space.
I wasn’t pleased with the place not having a heating system or a heater at most, Cape Town’s weather is a bit cold it would be nice to atleast have a heater to warm up the place.
