お部屋が綺麗！

床下暖房なので部屋が暖まるまで時間がかかった。でも時間たったらとってもぽかぽかで快適でした！

全てが綺麗で、モデルルームのようでした。 お風呂の機能もすごくてリラックスできました。

チェックインの際、アメニティの説明がなかったようで不親切に感じました。 パジャマはないので、気をつけないといけないです。

It’s has a high potential that I am not very thoroughly study the explanation before going to the place so it’s a bit difficult to understand that Class Vesso is a village name inside the resort town despite the map instruction that is very clear. If you could add the name of the information office and the direction arrows, it would be more than perfect to make the place super easy to be indicated. However, we were not arrived within the indicated checking in period but the staffs are very patient and try to explain eagerly, we very appreciate that and thank you so much.
