Nous avons adoré ce petit appartement pour notre famille de 5. Il était idéalement placé, à 5 mins à pied de la gare d'Ikebukuro. Le quartier est super sympa avec plein de restaurants et un 7-eleven à 2 mins à pieds. L'appartement possède 5 petites chambres, nous avons décidé d'en garder 1 pour mettre les valises et avons dormi dans les autres. Les matelas sont confortables, la climatisation fonctionne très bien et l'appartement était bien frais quand nous sommes arrivés (tellement agréable), la cuisine est bien équipée. L'hôte est vraiment adorable et nous a laissé plein de produits ce qui était trop pratique: gel nettoyant visage / gel douche / shampoing / conditionner / dentifrice / brosses à dents / cottons tige / huile pour la cuisine / sel / carafes d'eau bien fraiche à notre arrivée (quel bonheur) / lessive. On était tellement contents après une longue journée de visite sous la chaleur de rentrer dans ce petit appartement et on s'y est vraiment senti comme chez nous. Nous l'avons tellement aimé que nous avons essayé de le relouer lors de notre passage à Tokyo sur le chemin du retour mais il était déjà pris.

Para empezar, tengo que decir que si hubiese conocido la ubicación, comodidad, servicios y detalles de este apartamento, me hubiera alojado aquí desde el primer día. No falta detalle, felicitaciones al propietario, todos los amenities necesarios (y buenos, de marca), aparte del detalle de dejarnos galletas… caramelos… Muy buena ubicación, en zona comercial, muy cerca de combinis y grandes almacenes. A 5 minutos caminando de una estación central de metro. Salimos encantados de esta experiencia. Somos una familia de 5 con 3 hijos de 15, 18 y 22. Una habitación y cama para cada uno. Un 10. Muy recomendable Gracias

Al hacer la reserva con Booking, por dirección del alojamiento, nos envió a otro hotel (Tabist Aurora Ikebukuro) pero resulta que el hotel (apartamento que nos correspondía, era otra. Gracias a la buena comunicación con el propietario del alojamiento, pudimos llegar al correcto. Y allí fue todo perfecto, inmejorable en todos los sentidos.

The location was perfect! -It took only 2 min walk from drop off point using Limousine Bus from Haneda airport to the East Ikebukuro drop off point. -restaurant down stairs - family mart around the corner and 7-11 very close by - Easy 8 minute walk to the Sunshine Mall - a lot of shopping within 2- 8 minutes of walking -the water pressure on the shower is good and warm. -we loved the snacks! - fits a family of 4 adults and 3 children easily - the Hosts were good at communicating with us

-Construction work right in front of the outside of the house at Night was very loud. - if you have a hard time walking up stairs, this might not be for you because it has 3 flights in a narrow corridor. It was ok with us. - the kitchen and washing machine area smelled like sewage

The apartment is located on the third floor above restaurants in a converted commercial building that has been renovated into residential use. There are five bedrooms, each fitted with a bed, but the rooms are not fully walled, so there is limited soundproofing between them. The toilet, bathroom, and kitchen were clean and functional. The location is a strong highlight—right in the heart of Ikebukuro, surrounded by shops, with convenience stores nearby and the train station just a 5–10 minute walk away. Tip-top communication with host.

Space for luggage is quite tight, though this is fairly standard for Tokyo accommodations. Early morning and late night noise (loading and unloading) from the restaurants below is noticeable.
