Very disappointed; will not go there again; neighbours next door said the same thing

Good TV - 55" UHD (although no HDMI cable to connect your equipment, had to get my own) Washing machine available (but no dryer or any washing detergent!) Air conditioning There was some sugar and salt available - didn't have to buy a whole pack (which we would have to leave or get rid of)

Poor cleanliness (black mould in the shower, smelly quilt as if some kid has wet the bed and they only changed the covers, dirt in the corners; spiders and spider webs, generally not very hygienic) Internet connection was almost non-existent - was told it works 100% as their cameras are working fine, yet it wasn't even possible to connect to the network (as there was no bandwidth left!!); reminded me of a dial-up modem from 30 years ago; even when connected the data rates were like 1.5 Mbps down and 0.4 Mbps up (not even able to upload a single photo!!) For a nearly 2 week stay only few rolls of toilet paper; had to buy our own. Seriously, it costs next to nothing so why provide insufficient amount for your guests? Shower handle broken so unable to regulate the angle; the shower itself was tiny and the water wasn't draining properly; sealant broken; no soap/shampoo in the containers hanging in the shower and the door was often coming off the hinges - had to put it back myself a few times Toilet had damaged/falling out button and it looks like it wasn't cleaned properly - some yellow residue was present No vacuum cleaner; only some broom and a dust pan (both unbelievably dirty) Tiny cups and very old coffee machine 3 bins for trash segregation (4th missing), yet no extra bags; very problematic for a longer stay Microwave oven seemed old and with low wattage - making popcorn should be 2-4 mins but it took over 5 Knives very blunt - hard to cut anything - and stove seemed rusty (didn't even bother using it)

Super Apartament !

Apartament świetny, mega wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka... jest wszystko co potrzebujesz. Czyściutko i pachnąco. Super okolica, spokojna cicha, blisko do sklepu i centrum. Polecam w 100 % ten apartament. Profesjonalna obsluga i kontakt z właścicielami na medal !!! Ja tam na pewno wrócę. Pozdrawiam.

Czysto,dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z jadalnią. Za tę cenę nie oczekiwaliśmy cudów lecz czekała nas miła niespodzianka. Przyjemny pobyt za minimalną cenę. Polecam!

Żadnych wad. Miło byłoby gdyby właściciel/właścicielka lub osoba odpowiedzialna za wynajem odbierała telefon w czasie pobytu ale poradziliśmy sobie :)

Aneks kuchenny i wyposażenie kuchni

Słaby internet. Mimo że był podobno dostęp do Netflix nie udało nam się niczego obejrzeć. Bardzo słabo wyciszone pomieszczenie. Słychać sąsiadów za ścianą. Lokal nie dosprzątany. Bardzo ciemno, zbyt mało okien. Jest pralka ale praktycznie nie ma gdzie powiesić ręczników czy małego prania.

Gut aber nicht günstig

Das Personal bzw. die Stimme am Telefon war sehr freundlich. Es gab keinerlei herausfordernde Situation. Danke. Als Motorradfahrer findet man min. 2 Stellplätze direkt vorm Appartement. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt könnte man sogar die vorhandene Waschmaschine nutzen.

Ich empfinde den Preis als nicht angemessen. Für knappe 40,00€ habe ich in Poznan viel viel besser gewohnt. Das Appartement ist sehr sehr hellhörig. Nebenan checkten Gäste relativ spät ein, es war jedes Geräusch zu hören. Ich meine auch, dass es bei einer max. Belegung von 4 Personen sehr sehr eng ist, wenigstens ein Hochbett könnte ein wenig mehr Platz schaffen. Ich empfinde das Appartement so als wurde alles aus einer alten Doppelgarage rausgeholt was geht.

Prawdopodobnie najlepszy apartament w okolicy

Dobra lokalizacja nieopodal Choszczna, cicha okolica, spokojna, bezpieczna. W mieszkaniu były kapsułki do kawy z rana co jest bardzo miłym bonusem. Kuchnia wyposażona, łóżka pojedyncze ale można zsunąć w jedno. Czyste ręczniczki i zadbana łazienka.

Wolne i zawodne wifi, brak telewizji (ale jest netflix) poza tym brak uwag.

Pobyt oceniam na 10 , serdecznie polecam wszystkim 😉

Przestronne wnętrza i przede wszystkim nienaganna czystość. Mieszkanie zaopatrzone we wszystko co niezbędne: pełne wyposażenie kuchenne, środki kosmetyczne, duży telewizor z Netflixem. I dodatkowo bonus : butelka wina na powitanie:) Świetny kontakt z właścicielem - polecono nam także ciekawe miejsca do zobaczenia w okolicy. Bardzo polecam !
