Apartament ulokowany na ładnym, prywatnym osiedlu w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Spacerkiem w nieco ponad 10 minut można dotrzeć na Stare Miasto. Dużym atutem jest własne miejsce parkingowe. W przypadku krótkiego pobytu mieszkanie ma wszystko co potrzebne.
Po odbiorze pilota z pokoju okazało się, że nie otwiera bramy garażowej. Spędziliśmy ponad pół godziny czekając aż ktoś będzie wjeżdżał na parking podziemny. Kontakt z właścicielem wyłącznie za pośrednictwem infolinii, gdzie trzeba się natrudzić, aby ominąć robota i porozmawiać z człowiekiem. Bardzo budżetowe wykończenie. Widać, że ktoś próbuje wyciągnąć maksimum z inwestycji w centrum Poznania.

Es gibt nichts zu beklagen. Schön wäre evtl. eine 2. Sitzgelegenheit für den Balkon...man konnte sich aber mit der aus der Küche behelfen.

Välstädat och fräscht kök och badrum. Bra att det fanns garage, men förtydliga gärna att man måste upp till lägenheten och hämta garage-öppnaren först.
Väldigt smal dubbelsäng i sovrummet, svårt för oss som sov två personer i den. Bäddsoffan var bara en soffa, ingen madrass, så man sov direkt på soffkuddarnas skarvar. Inte gjord för två personer, men en ungdom fick plats och funkade ok om man tog täcke som bäddmadrass.
