Lokalizacja świetna, Pani dostarczyła nam klucze.Podpisała z nami umowe i pobrała kaucję.

Pobrana kaucja w kwocie 300 zł (na poczet uszkodzeń w trakcie naszego pobytu) miała zostać zwrócona do 7 dni roboczych, mija 10 dzień roboczy i kaucji nie ma. Zero kontaktu, pomimo pisanych smsów i telefonów z mojej strony. Aktualnie kaucja została zwrócona z opóźnieniem z powodu choroby pracownika działu finansowego (sms w dniu dzisiejszym)

Bardzo nowoczesny apartament, czysty, dostępność kawy i herbaty :)

Nie było takiej rzeczy

Dobra lokalizacja, dobra przestrzeń, wygodne łóżka

Przekazanie klucza było trochę utrudnione, ale w końcu się udało. Przydałaby się informacja, co zrobić ze śmieciami (no chyba, że po prostu się je zostawia w apartamencie). Trzeba od razu po zarezerwowaniu i opłaceniu prosić o fakturę (ja zapomniałam i nie dostałam).

This is a studio, not an apartment. The property is in a good location, very close to the Old Town. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of glasses and cups. It comes with tea bags, coffee capsules, sugar, and dishwasher tablets. There are no capsules for the washing machine.

You have to call to arrange key collection. The agent arrived quickly with the key to the apartment, but unfortunately, the key was only for one person, and the room was booked for two. Before she gave us the keys, we had to sign a multi-page contract. This was the first time we encountered this when we were staying for a few nights. A big minus. This demonstrates a distrustful and unfriendly approach to the client. The beds were too small and not very comfortable for us. The TV wasn`t smart. The curtains were not black-outs. A big minus is the deposit in local currency, payable only in cash – 300 PLN. This is inconvenient when arriving from abroad, as you have to immediately find a currency exchange office. The deposit is refunded to your bank account, but it took longer than the seven days they promised. They returned it after a phone call. They're having problems refunding the deposit quickly, as others have also mentioned this in their reviews. I didn't like the signs with the restrictions – inviting anyone to the studio was forbidden. You couldn't even invite your parents for coffee. If you break the contract, they threaten with fines.
