Its spacious and clean
Since I came with kids the stairs are dangerous because there’s no rail at the middle. Would appreciate if you install a dryer too as the weather is humid and despite if the sun and heat we weren’t able to dry our clothes.

The villa was huge and had lockable sliding g doors which allowed peace of mind as we had young children there. We could see the pool and access it when we wanted to but knew the kids were safe. Also that we could be away from the mosquitoes. Great to have so much space in bedrooms and living area, drinking water machine was great too. Staff were friendly and communication about all aspects of our stay was great
The address was difficult to find - on Google Maps it brought up a different place. The drivers and delivery people couldn’t find it easily. The name of the villa is on the outside wall, but apparently it’s not called this anymore. If you put the name in Google Maps it brings up the correct location. I could see the picture in booking.com photos and this is the only way I found the property

The property was spacious, with massive sized rooms, offering walk in closets and massive bathrooms in each bedroom. More than exceeded my expectation. Will definitely come stay here again. Very close to everywhere that’s popular, and quiet enough to sleep with no main road of vehicles driving past! 10/10

Villa was classy and clean
No supplies other than water for price stayed at lower price point villas that have supplied tea and coffe and fruit at leas for 1st day to ensure you settle in comfortably. . Was sold as being an option for our group however daughter had to sleep on a couch which was suppose to be a sofa bed and there was no bedding supplied for it . Had to sort it out our self.
No warning about the condition of bingin Beach before arrival no access due to demolition hence negating the quality location premium.
