We loved the location and the view from both balconies. The apartments were big and comfortable. Good beds. Well working AC in the heat. It was quiet at night. The host answered all our questions.
The floor was a little dirty when we arrived, but nothing too serious. Would have liked to have wine glasses for all people staying there.

keys were in the appartment door, the outer door was opened remotely.
We have not met the host during our stay but was quite responsive.
Just when we needed the groom for cleaning the seasand we were not able to get it..but it is a minority.
The appartment has a nice balcony
There are 2 appartmentsm connected (or locked) by the door - if you are travelling in a group it is ideal. In case there is another one you might here the noise since the connecting wall is not soundproof.
The appartment is on the 2nd floor but in reality it is a 3rd floor - so in case you have some difficulty walking the staris please count on that..however it would be the same anywhere else in Monopoli in a higher floor
