El barrio donde está ubicado es muy tranquilo y la casa muy confortable, vale la pena hospedarse aqui.

Good location, great price, owner was very responsive to chat messages and check-in/out messages were clear.
The floor map shows a sofa bed on the first floor, but when we asked about it we were told to not use it. However the owner was very helpful and sent a staff over to set up an extra bed for us very quickly. However we were initially hoping to not have to share rooms. We made it work in the end but it was a bit confusing as we expected differently based on information on the listing.

My friend and I booked it because it was one of the cheapest options, so we had a whole house for ourselves. It has everything that you need and especially the washing machine was great to have. The location is also good as it doesn't take long to get to the city center. Around you can find some restaurants. For 2-4 people it is awesome but with 6 people it might be a bit small but still managable.
It is in some sort of mall, so on one side of the house it is loud very early in the morning when the suppliers are loading stuff.
