The property is very near to all amenities in Broughty ferry but also close to my son. It is very clean and comfortable and has a parking space.

My second stay at this lovely, comfortable homely flat.
Very well equipped, comfortable bed and sofa.
Great location.
The entrance way isn't very welcoming.

Great location and the flat has everything you could wish for. Very comfortable and cosy.
Parking was an added bonus!
No real complaints. There was the inevitable noise of being in a flat, but that's too be expected.
