Great location near sea front and next to a lively local pub with good food plus lots of good restaurants nearby in Brourty Ferry.
Stairs to 2nd floor to 2 bedrooms very steep, almost a ladder. 4th bed was a pull out which because of space in that bedroom we had to move mattress to living room.

An excellent location right by the sea with a wonderful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing and breathing in the fresh air. The room is well-laid-out; the kitchen is compact but fully equipped. The room feels cozy and comfortable.
During our stay, the washing machine wasn't working, but the owner made a great effort to resolve the issue.
You can park along the street for free, though you might sometimes have to circle around to find a spot.
