The location and the quirkiness of the place. Our wee boy loved exploring in the house throughout all the different rooms. Especially up in the attic. Location is perfect. Communication from John before which was great. Information book in the property to tell you everything you need to know.
Like the other reviews we were aware the stairs to the attic were going to be steep but we managed fine, the on street parking can be busy but we did manage to get a space further along the street.

The location was excellent The heating came on morning then night The kitchen was well equipped The bath room shower was very good
There wasn't wardrobe space up stairs The single bed was very uncomfortable The wardrobe down stairs had 2 hangers for 4 adults 1 child hanger. The drawers in the wardrobe didn't open properly because they hit the door The bathroom door wasn't working properly it shut and we got locked out so had to open it with a spoon The key pad was not easy to view to get in
