An excellent location right by the sea with a wonderful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing and breathing in the fresh air. The room is well-laid-out; the kitchen is compact but fully equipped. The room feels cozy and comfortable.
During our stay, the washing machine wasn't working, but the owner made a great effort to resolve the issue. You can park along the street for free, though you might sometimes have to circle around to find a spot.

Loved this flat, fantastic location. Great for sea front, and easy access to shops and cafes. Amazing pub in the same street - fabulous food, reasonable prices. Really enjoyed our stay. Will hopefully get to book here again. Parking the car was difficult - but managed it eventually - but this is expected for Broughty Ferry. Thank you for a great stay
