Great base.
The house was immaculately clean and well presented. We enjoyed the quirky decor. Beds were very comfortable, and the large, fluffy towels were a delight! Central location in Broughty Ferry.
The traffic noise from the road and noise and vibration from passing trains on the neighbouring railway line. There are more trains to and from Aberdeen than I had anticipated!

Would have preferred a bit more garden furniture and actual plants but it was a nice secluded garden.Shame not to be able to utilise it more.

Lovely house close to beach but other issues with location that were disappointing.
Very clean lovely decor
Location of house - very busy road at a bridge - noise from trains was really loud and woke kids up actually vibrated the house. Derelict building behind house was quite off putting! And very very little parking

Great location , spotless! Comfortable beds and great attention to detail . Nice to be able to sit in garden .
The arm chairs in sitting room not very comfortable . Staircase pretty steep to climb . Could do with 2 tea towels.
