Unbeatable Experience
Everything was beyond incredible. The hosts Marianne and Freddie are so kind and welcoming, and are dedicated to creating a bespoke and magical experience at their property. The dome accomodation is incredible with full 360 degree view of the dancing Northern Lights over the peaceful fjord. It is elegantly outfitted in muted decor with plush beddings, contains a warm wood fire to really enhance the ambiance, and is looped by a wooden balcony - perfect to pass snowy stays or sunny days.

It was real GLAMOROUS camping. Many details, which make the stay unforgettable. Thanks to our careful hosts we really enjoyed it.
What you need to know is, that the last shop to buy some eatable or drinkable you‘ll find only at 25 (from south) or 35 km (from north) distance.

Absolutely incredible!
What a spot this is! The dome is beyond cosy and luxe, with incredible views amongst the mountains. We had great luck seeing the northern lights on both nights of our stay, which can be enjoyed from the patio or from right inside the dome. Marianne and Freddie were lovely and very accomodating, even leaving us fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast! This stay was worth every penny.

It is a genuine glamping dome with a style, and a little bit of discomfort - it is a camping anyway
Very friendly host (Marianne) who is willing to help. As the entry to the site was down and up hill covered with snow and ice, the host helped to navigate my way to the parking spot. Free parking space just next to the dome. It is a glass-like (not glass, PC I guess) surfaced igloo style dome with a very sturdy structure. Big and very very comfy bed with good beddings inside the dome. Fridge and blutooth speakers. Big sofas. Very nice wood fire stove that gave out enough heat through out the chilly night. Pity the weather stayed very cloudy throughout the night, no aurora sightings available. The view from the room is breathtaking in the morning. The host provided bread, spreads, coffee, yogurt, ham, cheese, and some fruit for breakfast.
Bathroom and toilet, kitchen is about 30m away from the dome itself. Using the kitchen was no trouble and we thought it is better to prepare dinner (if you are frying and roasting) well away from the bedroom. Using bathroom could be troublesome if the weather is cold or raining. The whole site is still under construction. They are building a new dome nearby.

Beautiful quiet place
The room is very cosy, like the fireplace!
The bathroom/kitchen is kind of far away (30m with some stairs), we arrived on a rainy day so it brings some inconvenience to go to the toilet especially during the night.

Absolutely incredible! The views, the hosts, the location. Highly recommend!
Where to begin… the breakfast was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The hosts are incredibly attentive and make you feel right at home. They have created a truly incredible experience and we cannot wait to come back. We were lucky to see the northern lights and nothing can beat sitting by a cozy fire with very comfortable and warm slippers (provided) and talking and reading. There is no wifi, but embrace it. This is a very great thing and makes the glamping experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.
