Air conditioning might be a bit of an oversell. The unit provided isn’t sufficient for size.

La ubicacion, perfecta cerca del tram, cerca de supermercados, zona tranquila, amplio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en berlin. Recomendable 100%. Nos sorprendio a bien que era un antiguo bar.

Aunque tenia un aire acondicionado portatil se quedaba corto para lo grande que es el apartamento. Tambien el tema de la falta de persianas pero es lo tipico en los paises mas al norte.

Eine sehr ausgefallene Unterkunft mit einem gemütlichen Flair. Alles war sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgeststtet. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man gut alle Geschäfte und die Bahn in der Nähe. Parkplätze um die Ecke sind Kostenlos. Uns und unserem Hundi hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

The apartment is spacious, which is great when traveling with teenagers. Although the accommodation isn't very close to the main tourist attractions or landmarks, there are great public transport connections to everywhere we needed to go. There's a grocery store nearby and a nice burger spot right across the street. Communication with the owner was good, and he responded very quickly to all questions.

The apartment wasn't cleaned well enough; it looked okay at first glance, but then dirt became apparent. For example, dust and dirt on door and baseboard trims, in the kitchen, stains on the floor, dust and dirt in various other places, and grime around the toilet seat. I'm surprised of previous ratings, a 9 out of 10 rating for cleanliness. Maybe this was unusual and I contacted the owner. He sent someone to clean further, but only a very small part of what I kindly pointed out was actually cleaned. The lack of cleanliness affected to feeling of the stay which was a pity as the apartment has many qualities. The air condition is only in the common area and can only be used when people are at the apartment. The cooling did not reach the bedrooms which we needed more.
