Excellent week-end stay.

The comfort of the house. It was a hot weekend and the owner has provided tower fans for the bedrooms and there was an AC unit in the living room. The building is also quiet. There is some parking space in the compound but also plenty of parking on the neighbouring street. Supermarkets and restaurants also close by.

I was on the 3rd floor and the was no lift. This need to be mentioned in case someone has mobility issues .

We enjoyed our stay. A nice apartment, about 25 minutes walk from the centre of Mulhouse.

Great instructions for door code / key safe. Comfortable beds and furniture. Spacious. Nice decor.

It would have been nice to have had a few coffee pods for the machine, more toilet rolls and some basic toiletries.

Although we had 7 nights, we still didn't visit everything we wanted to. It was so good that we were leaving late in the morning. We are frequent travellers and we rate 10 with full conviction!

Buona soluzione con qualche dettaglio da migliorare

Nell'appartamento c'era tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Buona posizione.

Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era freddo e c'era odore di mangiare e di chiuso. Il parcheggio era troppo stretto per la nostra automobile ma abbiamo parcheggiato in strada senza problemi. Manca il bidet ma questo è un problema generalizzato che non riguarda la struttura in sé.

Appartement bien fonctionnel et relativement calme (fenêtres fermées car proximité croisement et feux rouges) La place de parc pour la voiture Chauffage au top.

Une odeur de cigarette tenace en entrant alors que c'est non-fumeur (locataire précédant ?) Il a fallu faire un peu de nettoyage en arrivant, ça paraissait pourtant propre... Il manquait la précision du modèle de machine à café, c'est une Tassimo 😉

- Apartamentul este situat intr-un cartier frumos, curat si relativ linistit, exceptand sirenele ambulantelor care trec foarte des pe langa locatie. - Centrul istoric si gara sunt la 15 minute de mers pe jos. - Camerele sunt mari, luminoase si incalzite corespunzator. - Bucataria este functionala si echipata cu minimul necesar.

-Curatenia poate fi imbunatatita ( dressing-urile erau pline de praf)

Le logement agreable confortable, propre, la clim très appréciée, de grands placards. Très bonne literie.

Le bruit de la circulation surtout la nuit, le manque de linge de maison 2 serviettes de bain pour 4 adultes c’est un peu juste, les deux serviettes de toilette un peu juste pour s’essuyer après la douche. Une femme utilise une serviette de bain pour le corps et une serviette de toilette pour les cheveux. la vaiselle juste 4 couverts complet 2 deux plus cela serait bien. pour le ménage, un balai avec un manche normale et pas un demi manche serait bien, ainsi que de quoi passer la serpillière au moins dans la cuisine. une serrure de porte d’entrée qui ne fonctionnait pas bien, peut-être un manque d’huile, souvent compliquée à fermer à clé.

L’eau n’est pas chaude pour la douche , pour la vaisselle difficile de ce fait de la dégraisser . L’alarme incendie dans l’escalier ne fait que bipper la pile étant HS

Absolut empfehlenswerte schöne gemütliche Wohnung

Die Lage, der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, die Ruhe, die Sauberkeit, der Schnitt der Wohnung und die Aufteilung, Betten sehr bequem und die Regendusche mit schön warmen Wasser. Die Küche hatte auch alles was man braucht und die sehr angenehme, sympathische und einwandfreie Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist auch zu erwähnen. Vielen Dank:)
