Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage, modern eingerichtet mit großer Dachterrasse. Fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles zum alltäglichen Gebrauch (Bäckerei, Supermarkt etc.) n unmittelbarer Nähe Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!

The flat and its location were excellent. The property is finished to a good standard, versatile, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. It makes you feel like home, particularly at breakfast. Overall, we had a great time.

Certain fittings (e.g. main shower) are showing signs of aging and the flat may need a bit of TLC. The sockets are also a bit annoying. The sofa bed could be a bit more comfy but it was okay. Price isn't cheap but is better value than relevant alternatives in Rome.

It's a lovely apartment in a great location. However, there were quite a few problems.

There was an ant infestation in the kitchen making it impossible to leave food out unattended. Also, it was impossible to have dinner on the (lovely) terrace because of hornets - this isn't the property's problem but is common across Rome right now. For us there were other problems - a shower screen broke, there was a power outage, the hot water didn't work one day, the dishwasher was faulty, and the workman who came to try to fix the problems (although he didn't fix them all) left a cigarette end in the toilet. The management provided a small refund gesture but I can't honestly recommend this apartment unless the many maintenance problems get reliably fixed.
