Our property manager was running 30 minutes behind schedule on our check in day...which was fine as she let us know in advance...except when we entered the property it had not been cleaned yet? The property manager was apologetic. She did have nice suggestions for restaurants in Rome.
There is no dryer built into the washer in this property. Ask the property manager where the drying racks are as we had to search for them to do laundry for our family of 4.
The location of this property is excellent...but the property needs a fresh coat of paint. The downstairs bathroom had a nice enough shower with decent water pressure...but, my main concern was what looked like black mold on the walls, spanning the perimeter of the upper bathroom wall.
