Positiv ist die Größe des Apartments und die Möglichkeit, es per Klimaanlage kühl zu bekommen, jedenfalls den Hauptraum. Dank eigener Küche muss man nicht ständig essen gehen, allerdings ist die Ausstattung mit Töpfen, Pfannen etc. eher reduziert. Positiv: Der große Kühlschrank. Bad mit Dusche sehr gut, Wasser wird rasch warm und hat ausreichend Druck.
Der Tresor mit dem physischen Schlüssel zur Wohnung (und zum Haus) ist im Hausflur. Um dorthin zu gelangen, wird die Haustür geöffnet, wenn man sich mit einem Code über Internet einloggt. Leider konnte mein Smartphone direkt vor dem Haus weder ein 4G noch 5G Netz empfangen. Wir mussten warten, bis jemand rauskam, und haben uns dann reingeschlichen, um an die Schlüsselbox zu kommen. Es wurde aber auch eine Notruftelefnnummer genannt - die hätte im Ernstfall sicherlich weiter geholfen.

The apartment has an excellent location in Rome — exactly where we wanted to be. Everything was clean, pleasant, and well-equipped.
A big thank you goes to Natalia, who took great care of us. She was always available, responded very quickly, and willingly helped with all our questions and requests. Thanks to her professional communication, warmth, and helpfulness, we felt truly well looked after, and our stay was very pleasant and smooth.

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Rome.
Le quartier est calme et agréable.
L’appartement est assez triste et sombre. Peu chaleureux Les équipements étaient insuffisants (matériel en cuisine, pas assez de verres, pas de torchon, ni d’éponge, pas de café, ni huile, ni sel, Salle de bains: pas assez de produits d’acceuil …)

I like the location and the easiness to check in. There are facilities for a good stay. Smart TV with Netflix
There were some bed bugs/ants or something as I have bites all over my body. Also the check in is at 1600 and check out at 1000. Greedy. Also there was a safety situation which the owner didn’t address properly. I wouldn’t recommend this stay if you have other options
