COSY PARIS WITH BALCONY

The area is quiet and peaceful, with the Seine nearby. The location is very well connected by public transport, making it easy to reach central Paris and explore the city without needing a car. The apartment was cosy and well equipped, with a kitchenette, washing machine and dishwasher, which made our stay very comfortable, especially for a longer visit. The balcony was also a lovely bonus after a day in the city.

One small point for improvement: during the heatwave, as can happen in Paris in the summer, it can be difficult to cool the apartment only with fans. This is understandable and certainly apply to most of the properties in Paris, but some form of more effective cooling would make the stay even more comfortable during periods of extreme heat.

Es un apartamento con todo lo necesario. La nevera grande y la lavadora son una ventaja enorme, y el anfitrión mantuvo muy buena comunicación en todo momento. La zona del barrio está genial, muy segura y limpia, cerca de un pequeño centro comercial y el tranvía T2 (la mejor forma de moverse bajo mi punto de vista). Las ventanas tenían buen aislamiento. Nos coincidió la peor ola de calor de los últimos 100 años en París, y los ventiladores que nos dejó el anfitrión ayudaron muchísimo. Son ellos hubiera sido imposible. Gracias por todo!! Un 10.

L'appartement est bien situé, dans un quartier calme et propre. L'appartement est très propre et agréable. Il y a une cuisine à disposition, un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver, et de quoi cuisiner. Le propriétaire est disponible et très agréable également. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour !
