I don’t recommend this place.

The apartment was not properly cleaned, it was mold on the wall, the mattress was disgusting, furnitures were broken, the internet wasn’t working properly and the apartment smelled musty. When I contacted the Host they said they gonna send a cleaner, but no one came at the end.

La douche était très très sale avec plein de moisissures.les toilettes les murs étaient remplis de moisissures également . Le lit est cassé dès que l’on s’assoit au bout du lit il s’enfonce . La cuisine : l’égouttoir était rempli de moisissures.

Très mauvaise expérience. Alors que cela n'était pas indiqué sur Booking, il m'a été demandé soit de verser un dépôt de garantie de 500 €, soit de souscrire une assurance de 53 € non remboursable. Le code de la boîte à clé était erroné. Je n'ai donc pas pu pénétrer dans l'appartement. J'ai tenté de joindre mon hôte qui ne m'a répondu qu'une heure plus tard sans me donner satisfaction. Vu mon heure d'arrivée, je n'ai pas pu attendre dans la rue et j'ai dû me rabattre sur l'Ibis Budget de MEUDON qui m'a donné satisfaction.

L’emplacement de l’appartement à proximité immédiate des commerces. L’état de propreté de l’appartement. La cuisine est plutôt bien équipée en ustensiles.

La veille de mon départ, le chauffage au gaz a été coupé. Il faisait très froid. Nous avons dû dormir avec des polaires et chaussettes. J’ai tenté, en vain de joindre la conciergerie. Je suis donc extrêmement mécontente car payer une nuitée pour se geler est inadmissible. Je souhaite qu’un geste commercial me soit proposé.

L appartement est facile d accès, très bien équipe et assez spacieux. Douche agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bon contact avec les propriétaires très réactifs à nos questions. On recommande vivement ce studio !

Manque de rangement et penderie. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Un peu de chauffage lors de notre venue aurait été appréciable.

Spacieux et confortable

L’appartement est spacieux très confortable. Le personnel aux petits soins.

Ce qui est dommage, c’est que les plaques de cuisson ne marchait pas. Le logement est spacieux pour accueillir une machine à laver et un séchoir. Ce serait merveilleux et des chaînes de télévision car malheureusement j’ai pas réussi.
