I don’t recommend this apartment! COCKROACHES!

We were kindly allowed to check-in an hour earlier, at our request, but we waited for the keys for about 30 minutes in the center city, and by the time we got to Santa Rita we anyway checked-in at 15:00. 😐 The location is not bad. There is direct public transport right to Porta Nuova. Several supermarkets within walking distance.

Unfortunately, our stay was terrible. The host, please pay attention to the complete lack of sanitation in the apartment, there are cockroaches in the apartment, it is disgusting, because for 14 days of stay we were not able to cook food or have any food in the apartment. Also, the dishes were dirty when we checked-in and the frying pans were not suitable for use - scratched coating and burnt. The smell in the apartment is terrible - damp earth, sewage and an old basement all together. For 14 days, the staff didn’t come to us even once to change the bed linen and towels. Of our personal inconveniences, I will note: the floor 0 , where impossible to open the windows due to the fact that all the people passing by looked into them, plus it is unsafe, and very noisy under the windows. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable for us, sleeping was torture. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom - this is inconvenient especially when several people live in the apartment. For 14 days we were given only 2 rolls of toilet paper and no one came to add it, we had to buy it. There is no full-length mirror, it would not be out of place in the hallway, we had a business trip and appearance was important. It is very difficult to find a parking space in the area. Perhaps guests who stay for a couple of days will not notice any cockroaches or other inconveniences, but with a long stay all this is very unpleasant. Also absolutely no working feedback, they don't know the answer to any question by phone, they say they'll call back and don't call back. Very difficult check-in.

Ci tornerei di sicuro !!!

Per me che dovevo assistere alle atp finals la posizione era eccellente. Il quartiere era tranquillo e fornito di tutto. L'appartamento è molto silenzioso pur essendo al piano rialzato. Comodissimo il letto. I servizi erano tutti presenti. Ho potuto tranquillamente cucinare. La comunicazione con il proprietario, Saverio, è stata molto utile e tramite il suo gentile interessamento ho comunicato con lo staff che mi ha permesso di entrare prima nell'appartamento a riporre del cibo. Per un evento tornerei di sicuro

Io ed i miei amici ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Mi è piaciuto tutto! È super spazioso, luminoso e pulitissimo! La posizione è ottima perché è ben collegata con i mezzi (si può arrivare con il bus dalla stazione). Io ed i miei amici ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente!

La biancheria da letto deve essere bianca con lenzuolo da angolo e altro lenzuolo

Purtroppo è stata un'esperienza deludente. Il divano letto non era pronto e nell'armadio c'era un lenzuolo con angoli, cuscino e un piumone non imbustati e ho dovuto prepararlo io. Anche nel letto matrimoniale c'era un solo lenzuolo con angolo senza un altro lenzuolo che separava dal piumone (che non verrà lavato e igienizzato ad ogni cambio ospiti). Vicino al lavandino non c'era neanche un gancio o una pedana dove apporre gli asciugamani per asciugare le mani (abbiamo dovuto metterli sulla lavatrice). Le finestre sono talmente vecchie che non si chiudono completamente

La posizione per le nostre esigenza era buona, ma comunque con linee autobus facili da raggiungere il centro

il letto era un pò duro per le nostre schiene, se mai migliorabile con un top.
