Elixir Woods Luxury Resort And Spa, Munnar

We loved the peaceful location, the beautiful surroundings, and the luxurious ambiance of the resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially in helping us arrange a honeymoon surprise for our friends. The room decoration was beautiful, and the overall experience made the stay feel truly special. We would definitely recommend Elixir Woods Luxury Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Munnar.

We didn’t have any complaints. Everything was excellent. A special thanks to the staff for being so cooperative and accommodating with our requests. They went out of their way to help us arrange the surprise and made the entire experience smooth and memorable.

The rooms could have been more clean and tidy

Nice spacious rooms, great bathrooms and bathtub on the balcony, newly built in a forest surrounding.

Swimming pool was a bit too cold to enjoy for a longer period of time. The meals are at another location (Elixir Hills) and not very spectacular; mostly buffets. The other location is reachable by car organised by the hotel, or by a steep walk, but should be communicated before booking the Woods... The gym is also on the other location and really bad; no machines were functioning properly; this gym should be advertised as non-existent. Price is high for what you get, unfortunately.

Reception og Restaurant er virkelig flot lavet i glas med fin udsigt direkte til det grønne - det kunne dog trænge til en vinduespudsning.

Værelserne var i moderne smagfuld stil, men var ikke vedligeholdt. Køleskab var fjernet og man kunne se ind i et muggent tomt skab gennem glaslågen. Flyttede man skraldespanden var der madrester nedenunder. Gardiner og sengetøj var plettet og lagenet var revet i stykker.
