Прекрасное расположение; Внимание к мелочам, которое сразу отражает отношение хозяев к гостям; Камин, спальня с панорамной крышей, и безусловно ванная комната с сауной - всё это вместе подарило непередаваемое ощущение комфорта и домашнего уюта, которые сделали этот вариант размещение в Армении нашим любимым за всю поездку. Great location and comfortable house

Amazing hidden gem. Really well thought out. Fully equipped and the extra touches like underfloor heating, the extra linens and ample towels etc just makes it the most delightful winter stay. The bathroom isnlike a private spa. Gevorg and the owner were extremely responsive, they even organized a comfortable transfer from the area to the airport at a fair price. Both were also extremely responsive. We really enjoyed playing games like table tennis and hiking on the mountain and seeing the frozen lake, wish we could have spent more time. The stars are amazing at night but please consider providing eye masks for sleeping as we had the full moon coming over the room which would wake us up at 2am. Overall an amazing experience.

There was only one issue and that was with regard to payment. When we reserved our booking, booking.com email stated and I quote 'This accommodation provider accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Cash' We assumed that meant we could pay with our card as we did at other places in Armenia. There was no card machine so we tried bank transfers but unfortunately our countries didnt allow transfer to Armenia so in the end Gevorg took my husband into town to draw cash. He was very kind and helpful. I just wish we knew about this before hand so we could have brought the cash and avoided the stress butnit was resolved very quickly and professionally woth Gevorgs assistance.
