I think this place is seriously underrated! I should have booked here from the start, but the low rating made me hesitate. Instead, I booked another place with a higher score, and we ended up leaving it after the first night. After that, we booked this place and moved here. A quick summary of the place: the hotel surroundings, garden, pool, restaurant, and the room itself are all wonderful. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast is generous and delicious. The room is small, and it would indeed have been more comfortable with large suitcases in a bigger room, but it was still perfectly fine. If you’re looking for a two-week all-inclusive resort experience, this is probably not the place for you. But if you want to spend a few days in a beautifully maintained, clean, and peaceful environment, away from crowds of tourists, you will absolutely love it. Rent a scooter — the beach is just one minute away, there are hardly any people there — and explore the area and everything Khok Kloi has to offer. We loved it and highly recommend it! +We loved the beach bag and the beach towels! 😊

It could have been a bit bigger.

Baan Ati was amazing. The owner was so lovely and helpful. We stayed one night to go to a nearby festival. She was so kind and let our friend stay with us even though we only booked for 3 people. She also helped us with getting a taxi back to Phuket when we couldn’t get one. The resort is beautiful. One of the prettiest places we have stayed. 10/10 no complaints.

Baan Ati is a beautiful, quiet, and relaxed small hotel. The grounds and accommodation are very well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful. We loved the peaceful and serene setting. We had a great stay and Maya was so accommodating taking us sightseeing and booking activities. It is a unique place to enjoy an authentic stay.

The resort was a little isolated and the nearby beach was not appealing for tourists. You would need transport to make the most of your stay or arrange itineraries with the hotel. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for evening meals during our stay but Maya was more than happy to take us to good local eateries.

Kleine Villa wirklich sehr klein, Koffer kaum unterzustellen. Eigenartigerweise wird nicht jeden Tag gereinigt Für den sehr hohen Preis doch etwas nehr erwartet
