Haze Inn Cottages Wattle

This place was an absolute delight and our only regret was that we could only stay one night (we did try to book for the return leg of our journey, but they were deservedly fully booked). The cottage is compact but cosy and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Everything is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The view from the stoep out over the Natal Midlands is gorgeous. The wood burner was perfect for a chilly June evening. The owner was utterly charming and couldn't do enough to make us welcome. The property has excellent perimeter security. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

We loved everything about this place, but just some words of guidance for others. The property is located on a lane that runs parallel to the tar road. It might be a bit tricky to find this of you arrived after dark, so try to time your arrival in daylight hours. The owner has two big dogs that live on the property (although they can't access the cottage). They are very friendly but might be a bit off putting if you are scared of dogs - in which case, ask the very obliging owner to make sure that they are elsewhere on the property when you arrive.

Fully functioning kitchen, beds were very comfortable and everything you need is available. Perfectly located near highways, shops and restaurants.

Wifi didn't work and no fan in the bedroom
