We had no breakfast. Location is s little further then I had thought from Abingdon and Fordoun as lift was not available.
Being a Friday I would have thought that the lawn could have been cut and edges trimmed etc. first impressions are extremely important.

Neat and nice setting between the mountains.
Beautiful garden.
We liked the property, but disliked the nasty gravel road to the property.
No cozy central dining area, although dinner is served in apartment.
