Someone met us outside to hand us the keys. The person was very petient as we aarrived very late due to travelling issues.
Everything was exceptional...nothing to improve at this stage.

The unit was neat and clean and we had a comfortable stay.
The location of the property.We drove through an informal settlement with very poor roads to get there.On arrival there is no signage that indicates Midlands Guesthouse.As we were two ladies traveling together, we didn't feel safe moving in and out of the property. The geyser was also "switched" off over night ,so we had a cold shower on the Saturday (we attended a wedding in Dargle).We also couldn't get the television to work.

Homely friendly staff and the house has all amenities. Very comfortable.
Everything else was exceptional, it is in Howick West, once in the facility it's a comfortable place of escapism. They are also very friendly. Will most certainly be back.
