Die Lage und die sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, und der freundliche Kontakt zum Vermieter. Preis in der Vorsaison ist okay.
Die frei laufenden Hunde 🐕 der Nachbarn. Die Einfahrt aufs Grundstück aus der man nur wieder Rückwärts raus kommt.

La tranquilidad de la estancia, su ubicación y vistas desde el salón y de cada una de las habitaciones. La calefaccion de la casa y de los baños perfecta. Muy buenos acabados tanto en el salón como cocina y baños. Ducha y camas cómoda. Un inmejorable lugar para desconectar

+rasche Kommunikation mit Vermieter(Vermieter und Verwaltungsgesellschaft dürften unterschiedlich sein.)
-kein Hinweis, dass man Holz für die Sauna kaufen muss. Das könnte man, wenn man die Info hat, am Weg vom Flughafen zum Haus erledigen, sonst wird es kompliziert, da kaum Shops vorhanden sind.
-kein WiFi und das finde ich persönlich eine Frechheit, denn die Gesellschaft mit der man zwecks Vermietung kommuniziert, gibt vor der Reise an, dass man Infos, Tipps, etc.. ua. auch zum WiFi bekommt. Nicht cool!
-Kommunikation mit der Verwaltungsgesellschaft.

La casa era veramente bella e accogliente. La posizione sul mare invidiabile.
Purtroppo probabilmente i proprietari la utilizzano per conservare o pulire il pesce, tanto che c’è un odore di pesce fastidioso al suo interno, soprattutto quando si apre il rubinetto della cucina, forse vengono buttati dentro gli scarti, ma questo è davvero molto fastidioso per dei clienti che pagano cifre considerevoli.
