Photographs can be deceiving

Location

We booked an apartment which in reality was a kitchen with a bed in it and an on suite.. A large TV was mounted on the wall but not connected to an aerial or dish so was useless.. Be carefully what you book the photographs are deceiving.

A hidden gem

This is a fantastic place that I would love to return to one day! I love the location - it feels remote but you are only a short 10min drive from the main town Bleik (with a supermarket etc). My friend and I were lucky to have 2x nights in a row of the most stunning northern lights display which we were able to enjoy from the spa, beach, and even from our window once we got too cold (see the attached photo for the view of the Aurora from our window)! The weather during the day was very rainy, but the island is still so beautiful even in the rain. Once we were ready to get out of the rain, we loved having some wine and cheese while sitting on the bench and enjoy the glorious view.

The campers blocked a lot of the beautiful beach view from our big picture windows facing the sea and I wish I had known to book the hot pools ahead of time. We were really looking forward to soaking in the pools and they were all booked by the time we checked in.

Very good

The location is the most astonishing part of the apartment. The flat has a bathroom and a living room and a bed, perfect for two people. Near Matind and Bleik

A simple but magical place

Great location in Stave on Andøya. Very close to the Måtind hike trailhead. Beautiful view of the ocean and a large beach from our unit. Even though a tiny house sort of unit, it's well equipped with a kitchen sink and stove top. The property also have some unique hot pools (each on top of a small mound) which we didn't have time to experience. If we return to Andøya, it's a must do. The staff is very friendly.

Not much. For someone with a lot of luggage and want to spread out, be aware this unit a sort of a tiny house. Also notice there is no restaurant on site or nearby. It's the best to prepare to make a simple meal in a tiny "kitchen".

Amazing hot tube with a perfect view!

Checkin was super easy and we were able to book a hot tube on short notice. That was the best experience EVER!!!

Perfect

There was nothing we didn’t love about this place. Our apartment «Shipwreck» was extremely cozy, well equipped for cooking and beautifully decorated. We were warmly welcomed and provided with useful tips on hikes and things to do. Unfortunately, we had only booked one night - we would have loved to stay longer.

A wonderful stay where we enjoyed the midnight sun on the beach.

The property was compact but was spotlessly clean and really well equipped as well as being opposite a glorious beach.

Awesome stop for your bike tour around the island!

Everything was super clean and the hosts were very friendly. It is conveniently located on the tourist route and a great stop over for my bike trip! Easy access to both Måtind and Høyvika by bike - and highly recommended. Hot shower and more cooking facilities than expected, wish I would've brought more food to cook :)

The room does overlook the beach, but the road is right in front - didn't expect that but the road was very quiet and the beach view is still very nice! (camping overlooks the beach without the road in between)

Stupendo

Meravigliosa Hytte in posizione strategica davanti al mare. Abbiamo cenato all'interno, davanti a una finestra affacciata sulla spiaggia. sulle sedie all'esterno abbiamo sorseggiato un caffè al tramonto, uno dei momenti più belli dell'intero viaggio. Proprietari simpatici, ci hanno accolto e accompagnati alla nostra stanza (dopo giorni di check-in automatici è stato apprezzato!). Letto comodo, bagno essenziale ma con ampia doccia.

Nulla... ci è piaciuto tutto, avremmo voluto avere più tempo per approfittare della vasca idromassaggio sulla collina, con vista!

Kleines Zimmer, genial eingerichtet und ein sehr schönes Badezimmer.

Wir kamen eher spät an und hatten leider keine Möglichkeit die Whirlpools zu testen, da alles schon ausgebucht war. Hätten wir das früher gewusst, hätten wir sie früher gebucht.

Hébergement pour 5 très spacieux avec 3 lits doubles confortables, stationnement sur place, sauna et hot pool (payants), bien équipé, décoration vraiment sympa. Propre (...sauf sous les lits). Vue sympa. Plage à 50 m . Emplacement idéal pour les safaris en mer.
