Collins House - Melbourne Cbd Amazing view

Location was fantastic with great views. Acvess to building, elevators etc was good. Staff were wonerful, very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was a little dusty on our arrival. The bed in the ensuite bedroom was found to be quite hard. I occupied the 2nd bedroom where I found it to be quite comfortable. A little disappointed that for an apartment for 4 occupants that the lounge was only suitable for 2. Another disappointment was the shortage of normal drinking glasses consisted of only 2 so we had to utilise wine glasses for juices, water etc. No drier as advertised, apparently broken and was removed. We were lucky that the weather was very warm and drying items on the rack in the loungeroom sufficed.

Super location so close to the Mitre Tavern. Lovely views across much of Melbournes skyline.

A second key would have been my only change to the property.

Fantastic location. Trams outside the door and train around the corner.

Beds are only double beds, and are quite uncomfortable and hard. Only one spare blanket. The key had to be collected and returned to a block away. Toilet brush was quite disgusting. Cutlery was not all clean. We also didn’t like the initial check in process of having to take a selfie with ID. Bed size, key collection and check in process should be communicated on initial booking page.
