Guter Blick aufs Meer, Innen nicht so schlecht, wie es nach dem ersten Eindruck aussieht. Trockner und Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Hier müsste mal wieder aufgeräumt werden. Das Grundstück erschlägt einen. Überall liegt altes Zeug rum, ein defektes Klettergerüst, ein vor Jahren gefällter Baum, kaputte Gartenstühle, verrostete Grills, kaputte Leitern, Müll,... Dunsthaube ist defekt, dem Vermieter auch schon lange bekannt, aber er macht nichts dagegen. Wie in den Vorbewertungen geschrieben, gibt es keinen Sonnenschirm, bzw. Nur einen alten verrotteten mit vielen Löchern und einer Menge Rost.
