Emplacement idéal si l’on souhaite visiter le centre de Melbourne.
Appartement très bien équipé, parfait pour un couple. Le parking gratuit est un vrai plus !
Les hôtes sont très accueillants, réactifs et arrangeants!
Un peu bruyant en week-end le soir, mais rien d’étonnant aux vues de la localisation. Aussi, l’isolation est bonne, il suffit de fermer la porte vitrée.

Great size apartment, comfortable. Parking was convenient. And lots to explore in the area.
Communication for check in was great. Very helpful and accommodating of an earlier check in.
The apartment was a bit dirty when we checked in, nothing major, but could of been cleaner.
The television sound was terrible, very broken and static at even low levels, was very annoying to watch anything on the television.
The street can be very loud on weekend nights as it is Chapel St.

The property was clean. In a good location. Had everything we needed
Parking was included But we were never given a remote to get into the underground parking garage. Messages were sent but was never resolved. Very annoyed as the car park was one of the reasons why we picked this place
