Catering to both short and long stays, this apartment enjoys an enviable address in one of Melbourne’s hippest enclaves. Bathed in natural light, it offers plenty of space and privacy, located within a modern apartment complex.
The living and dining area is open plan and flows to the balcony, creating a lovely transition between indoors and out. Here, a quaint seating nook encourages guests to take a moment in the fresh air over their morning coffee or a good book. You’ll find countless eateries close by but a fully equipped kitchen also allows you to whip up a meal at home. Sit down at the dining table or use this space for setting up a laptop if you’re here on business. In the evening you can kick back on the sofa catching up on a spot of TV.
A cosy bedroom encourages a good night sleep with crisp white linens and black-out blinds. There are side tables with ready lights and plush carpet underfoot. The combination of air-conditioning and heating keeps things comfortable no matter what season you are travelling. A neat white bathroom makes it easy to refresh with complimentary toiletries provided for your stay. Guests can also make use of in-unit laundry facilities, comprising both a washing machine and dryer.
While there is no on-site parking, the property is well-connected with nearby public transport options. Kindly note that street parking in the area has time restrictions.
The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
Please note that the hot water runs on a 160L tank system, so when it runs out, you may have to wait for it to heat back up.

Packed with eateries, bars and fashion boutiques, Prahran is a vibrant pocket of Melbourne and one of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Chapel Street runs through its centre with vintage stores and dining hotspots such as L'Hotel Gitan and Entrecôte. Roam its laneways to uncover excellent street art and pretty neighbourhood parks. Shop for farm-fresh produce at Prahran Market and check out the rotating roster of live performances at arts venue Chapel Off Chapel. From Prahran Station you can hop on a train and be in the CBD within minutes or ride the quick tram to bustling St Kilda Beach.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Please note that access to the unit requires climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.
Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Standard check-in time for meet-and-greet is from 3pm-8pm. Check-in after 8pm will incur a $35 fee. If you are running late to meet our key handler, please let us know ASAP. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler, as this is what the service charges us.
