Central Verona, clean and easy communication with host.

It was a little noisy at night at the weekend but that is to be expected as above a restaurant.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Verona. Das Apartment war sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Der Check-in über den Schlüsseltresor war unkompliziert und wurde vorab verständlich erklärt. Die Kommunikation mit Federica war freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Besonders praktisch ist die zentrale Lage – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Der einzige Minuspunkt war die Klimaanlage. Sie befindet sich nur im Wohnzimmer und hat es leider nicht geschafft, die Wohnung ausreichend zu kühlen. In allen Zimmern blieb es sehr warm. Da es draußen extrem heiß war, können wir nicht beurteilen, ob die Anlage grundsätzlich zu schwach war oder möglicherweise nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Die vorhandenen Ventilatoren haben die Situation nur etwas erträglicher gemacht.

The location was very good - very central, straight out into city life. Nicely decorated and adequate facilities.

Although the apartment is in a very good location it is above a wine bar which get very noisy at weekends as people spill out onto the street - not good if you should have young children in your party. I don't think this is the original apartment I booked as the pictures are different. One bedroom is behind curtains, not good if you want privacy, the kitchen was smelly due to the dishwasher not being used and flushed through on a regular basis. I was cold at night, there were no extra blankets. There were complications re our arrival even though I had communicated several times with the staff. We were told 3 pm but on arrival they were still cleaning so we were sent away for another 20 mins. The apartment is expensive for what it is, a welcome pack would have been nice.
