A great location

I was expecting the apartment to have proper aircon but it only had a portable unit in the main room which even with it on all the time never got the temperature in that room down below 28/29c. The main bedroom was stifling with temperatures in the early 30s the whole time, so it was very hard to sleep. On the second day the aircon unit stopped working and blew the main fuse so we lost all elec (fridge, freezer, hob, lights, fans). The host did come very quickly and sort this out though to get it working again which was appreciated. I would not describe this apartment as having 2 bedrooms, the `2nd bedroom' was a curtained off alcove off of the main room, so it was not really possible for someone to be sleeping in this room whilst others watched TV or talked at the dining table. There were only 2 toilet rolls provided (for 4 people for a week), and no dish washer tabs which really meant you couldn't use the dishwasher unless you wanted to buy a whole packet!

De ligging vooral, appartement was heel mooi en gezellig

Handdoeken, waren echt te min, 2 superkleine handdoeken voor 2 nachten, geen badhanddoeken! Wc papier voor 4pers ook te min en WiFi werkte totaal niet

Location was excellent.

Air conditioning was struggling as only in the living room and it was very hot. There was a curtain across one of the bedrooms rather than being a separate room - ok with family or for two. Only one bathroom had a shower - again fine for a family or a couple. Dishwasher not advertised but is there so maybe a sign on it to say it doesn't work. Two flights of stairs with a heavy case is not ideal when you are in your late sixties.

The location was very good - very central, straight out into city life. Nicely decorated and adequate facilities.

Although the apartment is in a very good location it is above a wine bar which get very noisy at weekends as people spill out onto the street - not good if you should have young children in your party. I don't think this is the original apartment I booked as the pictures are different. One bedroom is behind curtains, not good if you want privacy, the kitchen was smelly due to the dishwasher not being used and flushed through on a regular basis. I was cold at night, there were no extra blankets. There were complications re our arrival even though I had communicated several times with the staff. We were told 3 pm but on arrival they were still cleaning so we were sent away for another 20 mins. The apartment is expensive for what it is, a welcome pack would have been nice.
